the normal club days are for everyone , any gun , sporter , military , match rifle.
for some event you will need a rifle that has a 5 round magazine but your welcome to come and use anything on a club day.

and a set of tactical rings, Leatherwood UNI dial scope 8.5-25x50 scope with
mil dot reticle .

6-22 power scope on standard mount system. with the optional 10 round mag

Leatherwood uni dial scopes

1 inch scope series
features of the unidial system
this is for people who have found that sweet load and stick toone type of reload or ammo and want to multi range quickly with relative accuracy.
if you change ammo all your data is out the window. - this is also true of making a range card for target turrets tho.
you adjust the dial system as you shoot it in at various range and yes this means a fair bit of work and you also need somewhere you can shoot in alot of rounds at various distances.
the end result is you can then quickly turn the dial to 100 yard flag and for a close target.
then turn the dial to 300 yardsand take a shot and be with in acceptable range to take down that target.
with a 20 moa base and the 45moa adjustment in the dial with a 308 for example you should be able to reach 900 yards.
the scope comes with a quick eye focus adjustment and paralax adjustment which means
no crosshair movement.

with proper handloads calibrated to the scope we have seen results where you can shoot a dinner plate at 600 yards and come back to 100 yards and hit a 1inch target and all ranges in between.

while the setup is a bit finiky and the adjustments are not clicks - which means you have to set your flags right and adjust to that each time it is a very quick system for varmint / tactical shooting
particularly if you want to change distances regularly.

if i was shooting purely target i would probably use something with target turrets and finer adjustments which take more time and you need to carry a range card with you to multi range.

again the windage is for rapid adjustment and once set to zero it gives you 7 minutes in either direction.
again this is fine for tactical or multirange shooting , remember at 100 yards 7 moa = 7 inches
at 500 yards 7moa adjustment = 35 inches
i guess the theory is if the wind is blowing that much that your further of than this you wont be hitting to much.

again if you need more windage than this then a leupold mk 4 or nightforce nxs scope with greater windage and a turret setup may be of advantage.
and the price will more than double.

all breaks need fitting - that is the barrel needs to be threaded and some people will want caps also so they can remove the break.
The break then needs to be timed.
